I spent the day eating bacon- and wrapping it on this new product to create Bacon rolls. This might be my favorite shoot thus far! :) Look for it to air around the holiday season!

I'm thrilled to announce I booked a lead role in a new SAG indie thriller WHEN WE DANCE THE MUSIC DIES with Eric Roberts and William Ragsdale. I can't wait to start shooting in late January. I play Carol, a warm and witty college student who discovers the elevator game is more than she bargained for. Check back for release dates and the behind the scenes shots!

So excited to play Tess, a Manhattan photographer, who meets a married man & while deciding how to handle the relationship, we meet four historical mistresses: Anais Nin, the famous sexual adventurer from the early 20th century; Diane de Poitiers, the mistress of King Henri II of France, Lulu White, a turn-of-the-century bordello madame, and Ching, a 14-year-old concubine living in 12th century China. The Mistress Cycle breaks the mold of the traditional book musical, instead offering audiences a “song cycle” that illuminates stories of passion, sacrifice and strength of spirit.

I had the pleasure to weigh-in as an opera singer for a new "myth-busters"-esque show set to air on MSNBC. For a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, I was asked to use my vocal prowess to attempt to break glass. Did I do it? You'll have to catch the pilot in Fall of 2017!  Check back for air dates.

Emily just booked a role on Investigation Discovery's TV series, The Perfect Murder playing Indie actress turned murder victim, Adrienne Shelly. Filming begins late September into early October.  Check back for air dates!

Up next is I Spy A Spy: a multicultural musical comedy romp of espionage and deception set in modern day New York City. I just got back to the city and I'm super excited to jump into a reading of a new work: Life the Musical! A philosophy teacher (Peter) plunges into an existential crisis while watching a musical. He comes to the conclusion that the only way to live a happy life is by turning it into a musical. I'll play Amanda, Peter's skeptical wife. Life the Musical is presented by the Musical Theatre Factory as part of their 4x15 series.  Four new musicals will be presenting 15 minute excerpts for a public audience and a panel of industry professionals. I'm thrilled to be singing the lead in the NY premiere of the new one-act opera, A SUNNY MORNING by Phillip Springer, the composer of "Santa Baby," "How Little We Know" and other standard songs. The premier will take place Dec. 19th at Christ & Saint Stephen's Church on the UWS in Manhattan. It's open to the public and runs just under an hour.
